About Us

Who we are:

Prime disability services Pty Ltd is a community organisation that provides disability services across Victoria to adults, children and their careers. Prime disability services is a disability enterprise that offers people with disability opportunities in employment, occupation, community participation and social engagement. We contract to National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to provide these supports. We are based in the Melton and our supports are available to anyone meeting National Disability Insurance Scheme or Ministry of Health criteria for disability support funding.

Prime disability services teams of specialists are known as Key Workers. Although they each have specific professional backgrounds, they are highly skilled in all developmental areas and support each other within our Prime disability service’s   teams in their work with children and families. Key Workers build the skills and knowledge of parents, carers and other important adults in your child’s life to ensure that they learn and develop with familiar people at home and in the community.

Prime disability services-Community Support is all about people. We want to provide you with disability support that meets your needs – whatever they may be. We work with a variety of funders, including Ministry of Health, Enabling Good Lives, We can make your journey to individualised funding and budgets easy. We provide highly trained staff supported by a highly experienced leadership team and back office crew. We take care of the administration – you get on with living a great life.

It’s important that the support worker is a good match for you. We have several support workers with a wide range of skill, abilities and expertise. We are confident there’s a good match for you!
